With us you stand on solid ground! Start your training from August 2026 as a procedural mechanic:in (m/w/d) with the specialist Asphalttechnik at Deutsche Asphalt GmbH and you belong to our team at the asphalt mixing plant from day 1. (You can complete an internship with us beforehand and start your first learning.) In this profession you learn how asphalt is made from raw materials. You program, control and monitor the asphalt mixing plant and get to know the production and production control. You also keep (construction) machines and plant technology in standstill. You can learn how to use pneumatic, electrical and hydraulic systems and get familiar with welding technology in various courses. After the production of rolling and casting, you take samples, test measurement data and correct machine settings. Finally, you will arrange the transport of the finished asphalt to the construction site. Our strength - your future - be here!
