Project Engineer KPI & Cost Management

At the next time we are looking for you as a project engineer:in KPI & Cost Management (w/m/d) for DB InfraGO AG at the Leipzig site. Your tasks: You control and optimize the costs within the organizational unit and ensure a transparent and reliable portfolio management You always have a look at relevant KPIs, analyze cost developments and guide appropriate control measures Prognosticate the annual cash outflow and tax predictively so that funds are used in a proper, timely and budget-oriented manner You actively participate in the basic assessment and planning and control of projects – especially in LuFV financing, climate protection pacts and EKrG projects You ensure the order- and contract-compliant planning and implementation with regard to costs, dates and quality and accompany the follow-up management as well as the necessary acceptances The project participants coordinate, tune necessary activities and keep their implementation in mind Call and award processes as well as technical and commercial coordination Project data, cost analysis and decision bases are available for the OE and project management in an address-oriented manner

Your profile: A completed technical/university study as a civil engineer:in, transport engineer:in, economic engineer:in, or a comparative study direction e.g. construction, transport, business administration with corresponding experience Multiannual professional experience in project management, ideally in the management of construction or infrastructure projects Your economic understanding, your numerical affinity and your view of higher-level relationships help you to correctly classify cost developments Your good Excel skills are characterized; ideally you are also familiar with Power BI and other data analysis and project control applications With the usual project management and office applications, you are sure to go around.
