In this central role you are an essential link between the construction department and the engineering department. You coordinate processes, promote interdisciplinary cooperation and ensure that projects are implemented efficiently, solution-oriented and on time.

Project management: independent management and monitoring of site-related construction and maintenance projects – from planning to completion – in compliance with quality, time and cost frameworks Communication: Ensuring a smooth exchange of information between construction and engineering teams. You act as a central contact person to coordinate interfaces and identify and solve possible obstacles at an early stage Cost control: Takeover of budget responsibility including cost management for construction projects. You ensure that resources are used efficiently and economically Quality management: monitoring and ensuring compliance with the highest quality standards and applicable legal and technical regulations throughout the project Risk management: identification, assessment and proactive management of potential risks related to construction and maintenance measures to mitigate potential impacts Sustainability: Active promotion of sustainable construction practices and integration of innovative technologies for the ecological optimization and improvement of the environmental impact of our projects

completed studies in the field of technical building equipment, utility technology or a comparable technical discipline – alternatively completion as a state-tested technician or master demonstrable experience in the management of construction projects – from planning to implementation to successful completion well-founded and current knowledge of public procurement law Experience in coordinating interdisciplinary teams and project participants secure understanding of building regulations and current standards Analytical thinking, structured working and pronounced solution orientation Ready-to-use, initiative and sense of responsibility Willingness to participate in readiness
