Planning, building and responsibility of the entire video signal chain - from camera to stream Control of cameras and PTZ cameras incl. Image design and camera guidance Control and programming of video mixers (cut, graphics, image sources) ink. Breakdown and support of external locations and remote sources Establishment and operation of encoders and transcoders for different target platforms Use of current cloud, encoding and streaming infrastructure Monitoring of live streams in real time - quality control of signal, sound and latency Structured Troubleshoot for technical disturbances under live conditions

Knowledge of audio video technology and common video standards Curiosity and desire to work into professional streaming and production workflows Solution-oriented, careful and independent operation Safe, friendly appearance and very good communication skills in German (C2) Driving licence class B, as well as readiness for occasional travel and production operations Bonus: Interest in modern AI tools and automated production processes / Basic knowledge of HTML
