Number: MER00042LG The Department of Education 1 Werk Sindelfingen (PT/xDV) is responsible for vocational training and dual studies in Mercedes-Benz Group AG throughout Germany. A lot of things are in the upheaval. We actively shape this change and qualify for our customers, top-trained young people who ensure the company's future viability. As part of the internship, you work closely with the technical training management team and gain a wide range of insights into organizational, operational and selected strategic topics. Take independent tasks and actively participate in different topics: Supporting the management team in the content preparation, coordination and follow-up of line tasks and interdisciplinary topics

Working in training projects, e.g. through analysis, preparation and documentation tasks in cooperation with various internal and external interfaces Organisation and support of training and qualification events, including planning, coordination and administrative implementation Processing organizational and administrative topics of training, such as process support, data processing and maintenance of documents Insights into recruiting-related topics in the training environment as well as topical support in events and selection processes for trainees The activity can begin from September 2026.

Studies in the field of BWL/Personal, Business Informatics or Similar Interest in training, organisational and project work Structured and reliable operation with a good view of relationships Communication strength and joy in cooperation with different contact persons: Self-employed work, sense of responsibility and team capacity Secure handling of MS Office (teams, PowerPoint, Excel) Additional information: We are looking forward to your online application with CV, lettering, certificates, current enrollment certificate with a specification of the semester, if necessary.
