This makes this job interesting to me: 50Hertz is responsible for the power supply of more than 18 million people and makes a significant contribution to the energy transition. Together with my colleagues and with our service providers, I work on the technical and commercial handling of all the topics relating to facility management at our locations of the Regional Center Mitte in Berlin and Brandenburg. My tasks: For the facility services at our locations, I am working and planning as well as responsible for the corresponding budgets, I coordinate and manage our external partners and control the services provided in a random manner, I meet upcoming maintenance needs, care for the commissioning of appropriate services or for a short-term loss elimination, I also coordinate various service providers, e.g. for the canteens at our offices or in fleet management, I agree with authorities, owners and tenants in case of need, I order, understand and check the billing of all facility services in SAP, I support our purchase in contract creations, In addition, I perform the function as a connecting track for our track systems.
