Nurse – Day Care Hanover (m/f/d)

In our Hahne Tagespflege | Hannover-List, you take responsible tasks in the care and care of our guests. You actively shape your everyday life and work with the team to ensure a safe and value-adding supply.

Framework conditions: Place of use: Hannover, Hahne Tagespflege | Hannover-List. Hours: part-time with 25 to 30 hours per week. Working hours: operations in early and late services between 8:00 and 16:30; Weekends & Holidays: Free. Payment: For a weekly working time of 30 hours, the monthly gross salary is between €350.27 and €3.209.00, depending on the experience. Type of contract: Unlimited.

Your tasks: Treatment care: performing medically prescribed measures. Tour planning: creation and organization of daily deployment planning. Documentation: Careful and structured care documentation. Support in everyday life: help with eating and drinking as well as assistance with toilet walks. Prophylaxis: implementation and participation in prophylactic measures. Teamwork: Close cooperation with colleagues, relatives and the interdisciplinary team.

Your profile: Completed training: (m/w/d) is a prerequisite for this position. Experience: IIdeally experience in the semi-stationary care. Team spirit & empathy: Reliable, communicative work and value-adding handling of guests and colleagues. Flexibility & mobility: Class B driver's license is desirable to be able to assist in driving if necessary (e.g. in the case of representations in the team).
