Your tasks: You make the difference with us.

• With your innovative ideas you contribute significantly to the growth of our online B2B coffee business.
• Develop and implement strategies to attract new customers.
• Optimize the sales process by working closely with the marketing and product management teams.
• Identify and unlock new digital channels (both paid and non-paid) for customer acquisition.
• You shape the customer journey and make sure that the different touch points seamlessly interlock.
• Analyze and optimize the address and compilation of our product range .

Your profile: You always reinvent us.

• You have at least 5-6 years of sales experience with focus on e-commerce and digital sales.
• You bring a profound understanding of e-commerce, channels, infrastructure and techniques.
• You can demonstrate demonstrable success in customer acquisition via digital channels.
• You have a strong analytical focus to identify and implement growth strategies.
• Your strong sales drive is paired with innovate and design strength.
