Quality Manager (m/d) – Head of Quality Plant Marktredwitz

They run the quality management system at the Marktredwitz site and report directly to the Quality Manager Industrial. They lead the Quality Management and Quality Assurance team successfully and objectively to ensure product and process quality as well as customer satisfaction. Their core task lies in the planning, maintenance and further development of the QM system according to DIN EN ISO 9001:2015 and IATF 16949. In addition, you are responsible for controlling measures (from audits, complaints, projects, etc.). Furthermore, the detection of vulnerabilities, as well as the corresponding development/initiation of fault-preventing measures and the assessment of effectiveness is your responsibility. The planning, implementation and monitoring of internal and external audits (process, system) and analysis of audit results on trends and monitoring of audit findings complete your task profile. They are in close contact with all departments and customers to support and advise them on quality-relevant topics.

Successfully completed technical studies or comparable training with corresponding further education to the quality manager or the like. Multiannual professional experience in an equivalent position in the industrial environment, preferably in the automotive sector Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 and IATF 16949 standards Knowledge of quality tools 8D, FMEA, 5-Why, Ishikawa, APQP, MSA, PPAP etc. (m/d) ISO 9001:2015 and Auditor (w/m/d) IATF 16949 Experience in the examination of quality assurance agreements / contracts Secure handling of EDV (Microsoft Office, SAP, etc.) Very good German and English in word and writing In addition, the Commission will be able to draw up a proposal for a Council Directive on the approximation of the laws of the Member States relating to the approximation of the laws of the Member States relating to the approximation of the laws of the Member States relating to cosmetic products.
