Project/Order Manager Heating, Refrigeration, Ventilation, Sanitary Technology in the Service Division (m/f/d)

In order to strengthen our team of ROM Technik at the Hamburg location, we are now looking for a project/order manager (m/w/d) heating, cooling, ventilation, sanitary technology. You take over the project/order line in the service area with a focus on HKLS (heating, air conditioning, ventilation, sanitation). You plan, coordinate and control service operations, maintenance and small projects for our customers – always focusing on efficiency, quality and customer satisfaction. You run internal maintenance teams, external service providers and subcontractors and ensure smooth cooperation. You document the progress of the project transparently and are the central interface between customers, partners and internal departments. With digital tools, modern project platforms and innovative methods, you opt for processes and make our services even more customer-friendly and efficient.

You have a degree as an engineer, technician or master (m/w/d) in one of the above mentioned fields After that, you have ideally gained well-founded experience as a project/order management As a coordinative interface, go routiniert with the common MS Office programs You communicate internally and externally solution-oriented and also convince with team spirit and high operational readiness Also in busy project times, you keep an overview, go ahead structured and react flexibly to changing situations For your activity with us you need the license class B You don't have to be able to do everything - but you should be curious, want to shape and be willing to take responsibility.
