Speaker for salary negotiations with a focus on integration assistance (m/f/d)

You analyze business performance indicators of our members and develop tailor-made negotiation strategies together. In close cooperation with decision-makers, you create well-founded calculations and support the development of sustainable care set strategies. You carefully check data, ensure transparency and create resilient and consistent numbers. You conduct negotiations as well as arbitration and accompany our institutions in the negotiation process. You actively promote the further development of our interdisciplinary DiakoniePLUS offers. You represent our association in agricultural policy bodies and commissions and effectively introduce the interests of our members.

You have a successfully completed economic study – ideally with a focus on the social economy. You convince by a sovereign appearance, a pronounced understanding of numbers and a good sense of business relations. Ideally you bring experience in controlling and/or accounting. The handling of large amounts of data will delight you – especially the evaluation with Excel and the use of modern AI tools. You communicate convincingly and move safely in challenging conversation or conflict situations. For cooperation with our customers, you will bring very good German knowledge in word and writing.
