Your duties

• Support and care of patients in the home environment
• Close and trusting cooperation with family members and colleagues
• Changing and creating associations to provide wound care Ensure
• Careful and accurate guidance of care documentation
• Preparation of injections, including insulin, for safe Administration

Our requirements

• Completed training as a nursing assistant, nursing assistant or comparable qualification
• Care certificate (LG1) mandatory
• Driving licence must be present
• Patience, resilience and sense of responsibility
• Confidential handling of patients and their relatives
