IT Support Ortenaukreis with a focus on IServ (m/f/d)

What tasks do you expect? You enter our customers on site in 1st and 2nd Level Support This includes a broad portfolio of hardware (printer, PC, laptops etc.) and software (client installation, general admin tasks, network tasks etc.) From clients to printers to peripheral devices – you set up all the necessary devices, support the maintenance and support the management of the devices (Mobile Device Management) You support our customers in end user support and in print server administration You will edit tickets in the ticket system

What should you bring? A completed training in the IT field or equivalent professional experience At least 3 years of professional experience in the IT environment Experience in the administration of Linux systems and IServ as well as backup solutions Good knowledge of Microsoft software and client device management Good knowledge in support of different hardware Enthusiasm for IT and a special communication skills to help others solve the problem through solutions Embossed service understanding, team spirit and sensuality also in stressful and kniffely situations Driving class B as well as very good German and good English skills
