Stock management Processing & assignment of maintenance - coordination of repairs in cooperation with technology & masters Support in case of insurance & depreciation - care of tenants in case of damage and clarification of claims Processing of enquiries, contract violations & supplements - clarification of rental adjustments, complaints and special cases Property visit & maintenance of the real estate guaranteeing a well maintained state of buildings and outdoor facilities Taking stock Takeover of objects & rent rockets - administration of new stocks after purchase or new building Adaptation & maintenance of contract data - updating and management of rental contracts Notification of warranty defects - detection and tracking of defects in new buildings Cancellation processing Processing of notices & advances - Coordination and implementation of advances incl. Documentation. Assessment & assignment of repairs - First assessment of the condition and initiation of necessary measures. Creation of transfer protocols - documentation of the state of the apartment for a smooth change of tenants. New Zealand Property transfer & status check - control of the apartment and key transfer to new tenants. Visit & review of repair requirements - check of the apartment before the new rental. Verification of traffic safety - Ensure that gas, electricity and other connections are functional.

Expertise Complete training in the real estate industry (e.g. real estate businessman / real estate businesswoman, real estate specialist, merchant/wife for property & housing) Professional experience in real estate management / property management / house management (incl. rent management, property management) Knowledge of housing legislation Safe handling of common IT programs and industry-specific software Personal competencies Entrepreneurial thinking, cooperative working and safe occurrence Structured, independent operation as well as pronounced communication and team skills High digital competence and responsibility
