This is what awaits you:

• You rotate between control center, assistance and back office in a playful ambulance team
• Head office: First contact person for patients in our ambulance, administrative pre- and post-processing e.g. collection of patient data and appointment of medical needs
• Assistance: implementation of blood withdrawals and assistance from medical personnel, planning of diagnostics and treatments after consultation with the specialist departments
• Backoffice: Ensuring the telephone availability of the ambulance, processing of appointment and recipe requests
• Daily clinic: First respondent of patients during the day-clinical stay, planning and monitoring of the treatment as well as any documentation within the daily clinic

Take this with you:

• A completed training as a medical specialist / medical specialist (MFA) / medical assistant (m/w/d) or a comparable qualification
• Service-oriented communication and sensitivity in dealing with patients, relatives and colleagues
• Safe in handling the current MS Office applications and a practice software or the hospital information system ORBIS
