Number: MER0003VUV Cars & Vans Communication is responsible for the worldwide image and positioning of all Mercedes-Benz brands as well as all research and technology topics in all media. The brand communication department includes the teams for marketing communication, design and sports communication as well as the team brand perception & sustainability. As a brand with tradition and a progressive vision, Mercedes-Benz strives to shape the future of luxury – and this future is sustainable. We want to bring sustainability into line with luxury and build the most desirable cars in the world. During your internship, you will support the team brand perception & sustainability in the following tasks in the field of sustainability: Participation in the development and derivation of partial volumes of the communication strategy

Working with the creation of press texts, language regulations, briefing documents for events such as international trade fairs, world premieres and other external events

Support in the organisation and implementation of internal and external events

Conceptual and editorial activities

Participation in social media communication

Support in the content and design of the sustainability rider on the Mercedes-Benz Group and Brand website

Research on the topic of sustainability on media data, competition observation etc.

Support in responding to international journalist requests

Cooperation with various internal departments and external agencies and service providers

The activity can begin from March 2026.

Communications sciences with a focus on PR/ Journalism/ Media Management or a comparable degree course with a subject of sustainability Experiences in the field of sustainability and first practical experience of advantage Secure knowledge of German and English in word and writing, other languages of advantage

Safe handling of MS Office applications

Personal competencies: Communication strength
