We are LEMBKE, an outpatient care service for nursing and nursing and part of the DEUTSCHENFACHPFLEGE in Hamburg-Bramfeld. Within a radius of at most 3 km we provide people who depend on support and thus enable them to have a self-determined life in their homes.

Now we are looking for you, dear Pflegefachkraft (m/w/d), as support for our outpatient care service based on Minijob exclusively for our Spätdienst.

What we want from you:

• You have good human knowledge, are sensitive and strong in communication
• Completed 3-year training with exams as health care and nursing caregivers, elderly caregivers, health caregivers and nurses (m/w/d)

• Class B licence required

Your task:

• You care and support your client: inside your home and contribute to an individual and as self-determined life as possible.
• You carry out professional and resource-oriented basic and treatment care.
• Your counterpart quickly feels that he is in loving, professional hands with you.
• You know about the health of your client: you always know, because your observations are written.
• In addition, you will assist the relatives around the topic of care.
