Internship Social Media and Employer Branding (m/f/d)

You’ll create and support the content plan for Instagram, Facebook and TikTok – including Reels, Stories and Posts. You develop creative ideas for our channels and implement them independently or with agency support. You analyze social media key figures and optimize them. You enter our career side and our employer profile on Kununu and develop ideas to strengthen our presence. You support us in expanding and expanding new content formats such as YouTube or Podcasts.

You are studying (e.g. marketing, communication, BWL, HR) and can ideally start for at least five months from January 2027. You bring interest in social media and employer branding – TikTok experience is a plus. You work independently, structured, creatively and carefully, but you get support at any time. You have first experience with content creation tools, such as Clipchamp, Canva or the like – main thing, you can creatively implement ideas. You are ready to develop and implement creative ideas that bring our employer brand forward.
