Tour guide (m/f/d)

As a hotel guide, you are a direct contact person and first contact point for all alltours guests in your hotels. You will work in an international team and be responsible for several hotels within your destination. Your daily tasks include carrying out a welcome meeting in the respective hotels. Here you will inform the guests about the local conditions and introduce them great excursions. During the subsequent service period you take care of the individual needs of the guests. Be it excursions or car rental sales, complaints, rebooking requests or other concerns - you always help our guests with advice and deed to guarantee you the best possible holiday. During your daily office you meet your colleagues. At alltours, teamwork will be important, which is why it should be self-evident to support it if necessary. At the airport you are responsible for receiving the guests and ensuring the transfer.
