Your tasks:

You accept customer contact phones around pannenhilfe, towing service or car rental organization as well as house or family insurance You coordinate support measures for international customers – from towing service to replacement mobility. You communicate with insurance companies, partners and service providers and process invoices That's what you bring Your experience in customer service is a plus, but not a must. The salary range for this position is in full time, depending on professional experience and qualification, 2.996 to approx. 3.157 gross per month for Rostock and 2.996 to approx. 3.395 gross per month for Munich (plus net supplements by layers).
