Healthcare and Nursing - Post Akute Neuro / Neurosurgery - PANC (m/w/d)

Station 21 PANC is an important part of the SSH Centre and has a total of 34 beds. Patients with diseases from the spectrum of neurology and neurosurgery are treated and supplied here.

The area of PANC 21 has the following objectives: • After taking over the further stabilization and expansion of interdisciplinary therapy (activating care, physiotherapy, ergotherapy, logopedia, neuropsychology) • Complete diagnostics • wound management after NC operations and wound drainage management • Organisation and application of rehabilitation

Our group of patients is composed as follows: Neurosurgery • Patients who were first neurosurgery on site • Typical diagnoses: SDH, EDH, SHT, ICB, SSH • Acquisition of neuro premature rehabilitation for TK deconciliation • SAB, ICB, Meningitis/Encephalitis, GBS, CIDP, MS Stroke Unit

Patience and empathy have the highest priority in activating therapeutic care for the recovery of self-sufficiency. The close cooperation in a multi-professional team of nursing, doctors / therapists and good hygiene management are part of our successful therapy concept.

Conditions
