Resource Manager Audit & Assurance (m/f/d)

As a Resource Manager (m/w/d) in the area of Audit & Assurance, you play a central role in the planning and occupation of our projects with auditors:inside. You are taxing the personal utilisation, occupying your own areas in all personnel planning topics and thus contributing to the smooth running of our projects. As an interface between different stakeholders, you master strategic and operational challenges. Responsibility You are responsible for the communication with our auditors: inside. You are looking for suitable employees for different projects and guides meetings for MRP planning. Coordination: Together with your team, you plan personal operations and advertise them with our staffing tool. You are in close contact with the employees every day:inside and the leadership on planning and skills topics. Quality: You take responsibility in system care and ensure data quality. In addition, you identify optimization approaches and introduce your own ideas. Analysis: You provide important information to the department through the creation of individual reports and help to advance strategic personnel deployment planning.

Completion in an economic, psychological or IT-related study, ideally first professional experience through internships, preferably in the consulting or HR environment Very good service and customer understanding, interest in data analysis and process optimization Joy in direct communication in German and English (very good in word and writing) Very good MS Office knowledge, especially Excel High commitment, self-responsibility and agile and detailed working
