Personnel processing payroll accounting (m/f/d)

You are responsible for the timely payment for a defined group of persons. You have the responsibility for administration, care, digitization and care for correct processes. As a competent contact person, you answer billing-related questions from our employees and executives. You take over the reporting and certification and work closely with authorities, health insurance companies and social security institutions. You'll start evaluations, reports and statistics for internal areas. You support audits and financial statements and actively contribute to HR processes and improvements.

A commercial training, ideally with additional qualification in personnel Knowledge of pay tax, labour and social security law Experience with common accounting tools preferably Sage (alternatively for example LOGA, DATEV, SAP or comparable) Safe handling of MS Office, especially Excel Joy of numbers, accuracy and a structured way of working Discretion, reliability and team spirit – because we work together, not next to each other
