Innovation Architect (m/f/d)

With the adASTRA innovation programs, we support STRABAG employees in successfully implementing their ideas in the areas, innovation, R&E and startups. As an adASTRA project team, we not only create the organizational framework, but also actively engage in innovation projects – whether as coaches or by taking on the validation and further development of ideas. This ensures that potentials can be detected and used at an early stage. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a new member that supports us in coaching and validates ideas. You develop appropriate validation strategies for ideas and implement them yourself – e.g. by user interviews, market analyses or tests of prototypes. You are developing new business models, assessing their potential in terms of market potential, feasibility and cost-effectiveness. You act as a coach, transfer innovation methods and enable colleagues to develop their ideas independently. You work closely with innovation units and operational areas to translate ideas into realistic concepts. You present results according to target groups – including top management – and convince with clear analyses and recommendations. You develop recovery strategies and plan together with the ideamakers: in pilots and rollouts, so that ideas can be successfully implemented.

You have at least three years of experience in product, service or venture design – ideally in an innovation environment, start-up or corporate venture setting. You have already completed several projects using user-centric innovation methods such as Design Thinking, Lean Startup or Prototyping. You can translate ideas into tangible prototypes – whether analog or digital. You have experience in the moderation of workshops and dealing with interdisciplinary teams. You bring well-founded knowledge in business model development – ideally from corporate innovation, start-ups or corporate venture architects. You have strong skills in project management and can independently set up and manage smaller projects. You work independently, structured and with hands-on mentality. Openness, communication strength and team orientation characterize you. You speak German and English very well – further language skills, especially from countries of our Group locations in Southeast Europe, are of advantage.

Attractive remuneration, which grows with you: In Austria you expect an annual gross salary from EUR 60.000,00, in Germany the remuneration is made according to the Federal Framework Contract for Construction.
