Request and Verification Manager (m/f/d)

Responsibility in the requirement and verification management of a naval shipbuilding project Supporting activities in requirements management, including evaluation, verification and implementation of reviews Compilation of the request content including verification information and preparation of the required delivery items Ensuring and further developing the structure and quality of the requirements and verification database in compliance with company-specific standards and methods Completion of the project team to implement the requirements and verification management process by means of specifications, training materials, advice and creation of reports and KPIs

Complete technical studies (e.g. mechanical engineering, electrical engineering or systems engineering) or equivalent qualification Funded knowledge in requirements management, verification management or systems engineering as well as practical experience in complex development projects as requirements managers: are of advantage Knowledge of how to use tools such as IBM DOORS Next Generation and IBM Engineering Test Management (ETM) is desirable Safe handling of MS-Office as well as excellent knowledge of German and English in word and writing Embossed communication and team skills, independent working, flexibility and technical understanding
