When tax audits or audits are up, you are in the middle – and that with a smile! Payment and liquidity planning: You are the manager in ensuring smooth payment processes. You manage bank accounts and bank inventory of our company, as well as the creation of bills and payment runs. Business incidents literally master: whether bookings or property accounts - you take everything under the magnifying glass and carry out precise analyses so that nothing remains unaudited. You actively help in the processing of income through insurance, manual compensation of property accounts and you are responsible for the correct allocation of payment transactions in order to create clarity in the business's finances. Interface to banks: You are the reliable wire to our home banks. Whether opening new accounts or closing old accounts - you have an overview. Your thorough analysis does not miss any detail.

Foundation training: You have a commercial training or an economic study in your pocket. Accounting knowledge: HGB is not a book with seven seals for you, but your second language. Experience & training: You've been busy with finance and accounting, always looking at the latest trends. Real estate knowledge: Ideally you also have experiences in real estate or housing and understand the tax types in sleep. Structured thinking and organizational talent: You also keep an overview in complex situations and work clearly and organized Analytical thinking: You love decrypting complex relationships and creating clarity from numbers. Tool expertise: With MS Office you are on you and you; if you have SAP knowledge, we will end up with a full hit.
