Number: MER0003PUQ As a Human Resources Research & Development, we are HR-side responsible for research & development (RD) and purchasing (MP) as well as strategy (PS) and thus also manage the HR processes in these areas across locations and internationally. The Team Labour Policy & Remuneration and the People Operations 1-3 teams are part of the Business Partner RD/E, RD/K, RD/R, MP. In the 4 teams, HR business partner topics as well as work and remuneration policy topics are handled as an expert and implementation function, enabler as well as stimulus for the RD locations Sindelfingen and Untertürkheim. The following, exciting tasks will focus on you: Support for the implementation of diverse operational topics of labour policy, remuneration and HR business partners

Participation in the planning, coordination and implementation of exciting projects (e.g. implementation of a new operating agreement, holistic management and compensation process etc.)

Creating evaluations on different projects

Participation in the presentation creation of various projects

Organization of online events

Support in research, documentation and preparation of topics

The work student activity can start from September 2025.

Degree in Economics or Social Sciences, Business Law, Psychology, Related Studies or Degrees with Focus on Human Resources

Secure knowledge of German in word and writing

MS Office Knowledge
