The company WEPA Apothekenbedarf is market leader in the field of laboratory and prescription equipment for pharmacies. The range includes technical products for the testing and production of pharmaceuticals and an extensive range of services and maintenance. In addition, WEPA sells high-quality brand products for end users, such as the mosquito® repellent series, the hot lemon from WEPA – the pharmacy brand and aponorm® blood pressure meters.

For our supply chain management, we are looking for

Job profile:

• Operational processing of orders, orders and invoices
• medium-term takeover of the responsibility of the advertising/customer retention/presentation group
• Independent MRP & Responsibility of this product group
• Own responsible implementation of tenders, auctions and visits to suppliers
• Analysis and evaluation of offers and creation of decision templates
• Regular costing and maintenance of supplier and material master data
• Communication and coordination with marketing
• Working in various project teams

Your profile:

• Commercial training
• Ideally first experience in purchasing or material management
• Basic knowledge of modern ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365
• Analytical and process-oriented thinking and good communication skills
• Organisational and negotiation skills
• English language and writing
