The Federal Real Estate Agency (BImA) is the real estate service provider of the federal government, which supports the federal government's real estate policy objectives and provides the necessary areas and buildings for almost all federal authorities. Accordingly, we are represented throughout Germany with over 7,000 employees and take care of a very broad and colourful real estate portfolio as well as the ecological use and care of the federal nature areas. For these versatile and responsible tasks we are looking for innovative heads that think and act sustainably. In our portfolio management business there are many varied tasks: strategic planning, propulsion of renewable energies, new housing, expert and service services, and contamination management. Collaboration in portfolio management and standard reporting from SAP and Business Warehouse Data management in SAP/BALIMA Management and monitoring of budget planning lists and budget monitoring lists Collection of information from other bodies, departments, offices Processing of information and documents Collection and compilation of inventory data (e.g. Excel lists) scanning and image processing as well as creation of image documentation and plans Determination of property history on the basis of basic book and cataster documents Requirement of documents relating to the land register and catasters, negligence charges and sub-protections, oldloads etc. Compilation of documents and examination for completeness Minutes of meetings

Accounting and auditing for local and professional competence Delivery to the competent body Verification of invoices for correctness Processing in case of defect determination in relation to the computational accuracy Pre-acquisition of the invoice in SAP and VIM, examination of the suggested values generated in automated processing

Qualification: Closed commercial vocational training, preferably for the real estate businesswoman/ real estate businessman, or comparable qualification Competences: Basic business and real estate knowledge Good user knowledge of IT standard applications (Microsoft Office) knowledge of SAP or the willingness to acquire these short term Further requirements: Teamability and organisational skills Customer/addresse-oriented behaviour, social competence Green, careful and reliable operation Good opinion Good communication skills Own initiative and capacity for creative and conceptual work Class B driving licence and the willingness to carry on self-service vehicles
