Product Owner Craftsman Network & Heat Transition (m/f/d)

As the competence center of the savings banks for sustainability and energy-efficient real estate, we consistently support customers from consulting to the completion of the renovation. For the further development of our heat pump network with local partners, we are looking for a product owner (m/w/d). We have already concluded close cooperation with local craftsmen, energy suppliers and savings banks in two regions in order to accompany customers in the installation of a heat pump with regional competence and high quality from consulting to implementation. Our network bundles expertise from energy consulting, craftsmanship, financing, consulting and energy supply – with a clear goal: sustainability. Easy. Do it. Product Owner (m/w/d) is responsible for the development, digitization and scaling of our heat pump network with a focus on the integration of our services. You connect craft businesses, municipal works, savings banks and our internal customer advice to a clear, common customer journey and ensure smooth interfaces between the partners. You define customer journeys and requirements for a new digital platform and create an internal developer for iterative implementation. You also tax existing pilot projects, build new partnerships and recognise where processes can be improved. You report directly to the management and set the foundation for the strategic building of a craftsman network for the entire energy recovery of a property: further regions, additional structures and a digital platform for customers: inside. Your responsibilities Construction of scalable structures for additional regions and other structures such as roof renovation, windows or façade insulation First contact for our network partners Control, scaling and building of other regional networks Building new regional partnerships with SHK companies, energy suppliers, savings banks and other actors in energy recovery Design of a continuous customer journey “from a single source” – including roles, information flows and interfaces Definition of customer travel and requirements for partner companies Direct reporting line to the management and close coordination with internal teams from customer consulting and sales

Deep experience in project management with multiple external stakeholders or partner organisations Experience in managing projects where processes between different companies or departments had to be coordinated Ability to combine structured project work with pragmatic problem-solving in daily business Secure communication with craft businesses, management, sales partners and internal teams Experience in the platform/partner business, from business consulting or the technical field Complete university studies in economic engineering, economics, civil engineering, utility technology, environmental technology or a comparable degree programme Alternatively: Master:internal letter or technician:internal conclusion in the SHK, electrical, construction or energy environment with experience in project management or partner coordination Driving licence class B, as regular appointments are part of the activities of craft businesses, municipal works and regional partners in the Rhineland German knowledge of at least C1 level, as the activity includes independent coordination, negotiations and operational process clarification with craft businesses, municipal works, savings banks, customers: internal teams Own-sponsored and structured operation Expressed analytical skills to quickly capture, classify and derive sound decisions
