Your duties

• Heading, promotion and further development of a dental team consisting of all-rounders and specialists (e.g. surgery, endodontics)- First contact with new patients, forwarding to the corresponding dentist of your team and support of the dentist in the treatment planning - training of preparatory assistants and professional starters, as well as further development of the already experienced team member training, motivation and coaching of your team- Enge cooperation with the clinic management and business management

Your profile

• German Approbation (vocational permission not sufficient)- At least 3 years of well-founded professional experience in all areas of dentistry (even with specialization e.g. surgery, endodontics) - interest in the management, training and promotion of team members experience in the management of a dentist team or its own practice is of advantage, but no prerequisite - joy in exchange with colleagues Very good German knowledge
