As an employee in welding technology (m/w/d), you are an important part of the team and make a significant contribution to ensuring that production runs smoothly and that high-quality products are produced. In this position you have the opportunity to perform both craft activities and to use machines. You carry out demanding tasks in production, actively supporting the optimization of processes and thus promoting the continuous success of the company. Your daily work includes varied activities and offers you the chance to acquire new skills.

• You serve welding robots in ongoing production.
• You carry out simple maintenance and maintenance work on machines and systems.
• You pack the finished parts and prepare them for shipping.
• You carry out visual checks and simple quality controls.
• You are actively working on improving workflows and processes.

For the job as an employee in welding technology (m/w/d), we are looking for dedicated people who want to actively contribute to the manufacturing process. Your qualifications may be at a solid level; comprehensive professional experience is not absolutely necessary. Your willingness to learn and do high-quality work is crucial. • Ideally, you bring first experience in production or in a comparable area; also cross-comers are welcome.
• You have a good technical understanding and you like to work with machines.
• You are reliable and have a strong sense of quality.
• You're ready to work in shiftwork.
• You are team-ready and want to actively contribute to a smooth production process.
