You process customer requests at prices, delivery times and product availability. You are responsible for conducting sales talks that include both consultancy and sales of complementary products (cross and upselling). Your tasks include the creation and refurbishment of offers that you enter in the corresponding ERP and CRM systems. You conduct market research and sound analyses to identify new potentials. You create statistics and reports for sales. You provide effective support for marketing and sales campaigns.

Ideally, you have successfully completed a professional training course, such as the merchant for dialogue marketing or office business. The proactive customer approach will give you pleasure. You control the current MS Office applications; Knowledge in other systems such as SAP is a plus. You can communicate very well in German. You like to work independently and responsibly.

Your remuneration depends on the BAP/DGB collective wage agreement, which guarantees you fair and efficient payment.
