Team Lead Customer Service (m/f/d)

You run our Customer Service Team with 11 employees and report directly to the department management You are responsible for day-to-day business and ensure excellent customer service together with your team You plan and coordinate multi-channel sales actions, develop customer service as an active sales channel, consistently utilize up- and cross-selling potentials and measure success based on relevant key figures You achieve qualitative and quantitative goals and take appropriate measures from KPIs You actively accompany change processes and guide your team in the introduction of AI-assisted operations in customer service You will develop your team professionally, distributively and digitally and will enable new roles, processes and working methods You support projects and optimize processes with a view to efficient interfaces, automation and AI-based solutions

You have several years of experience in customer service, ideally in B2B shipping or direct sales You have leadership experience and convince by an esteeming, reflected leadership style You communicate strongly, trade solution-oriented and enthusiastic team and customers You work independently, flexibly and keep an overview even in challenging situations You are digitally affin, open to AI and integrierst new technologies in practice You use data, KPIs and human knowledge to implement sustainable improvements Very good knowledge of German, good knowledge of English and digital tool security complete your profile
