Completed university studies (FH Diploma/Bachelor) in the areas of library, information management/science and a comparable, relevant field of study Experience in performing events with different target groups ability and willingness to implement a cooperative leadership; first leadership experience is also desirable High communication capability and a pronounced service and customer orientation Intercultural competence and joy in dealing with a heterogeneous audience High flexibility, commitment and team capability Secure knowledge of German language in word and font (min. level C1 CEFR) Foreign language skills are also advantageous Ready to carry out late and weekend services
