Your tasks include consulting and supporting our customers in implementation projects of SAP SuccessFactors, in particular with focus on SuccessFactors Employee Central Time analyse customer requirements, develop implementable solutions and showcase best practices for the optimal use of SAP SuccessFactors The implementation of workshops, demonstrating and independent configuration of the modules in the system is your responsibility You plan the activities within an implementation project and agree closely with adjacent areas such as platform and interfaces In the topic management, you are actively working on the further development of our EC team, working on new topics and continuing your knowledge In support projects, you can support our customers with specific questions and ensure fast solutions The technical development of customer offerings and presentations will be handled together with your team members Advice means flexibility: Your project work depends on our customers and your project situation – you work throughout Germany in our offices, on-site customers and at home

You bring a completed study into (economic) computer science, mathematics, economics or comparable vocational training with You are certified in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Time and ideally in another SAP SuccessFactors module Developing and advancing ideas is yours and you are interested in growing together with us and implementing our vision Your extensive project and consulting experiences complement the team perfectly You know in the billing and can trace customer requirements to SuccessFactor's data models and corresponding objects Good knowledge of German (ab B2 level) and knowledge of English complete your profile
