Creation and processing of BIM specialist models with ArchiCAD, derivation of 2D plans and integration and coordination of specialist models of other design participants Drawings and project-related documents in all performance phases Responsibility for drawing and data management – internally and towards clients:inside Ensuring compliance with all building regulations and standards and coordination with the relevant authorities Creation of layouts, offer documents and presentations for references and project applications Development of design and modeling standards and interface coordination between ArchiCAD and Revit

Completed studies in civil engineering, architecture or a comparable qualification 3 years of professional experience in the planning field of high and industrial construction Experiences in BIM modelling with ArchiCAD or Revit or BIM certification/qualification Knowledge of relevant standards, regulations and directives Safe handling of 3D modeling in CAD and collision testing software Independent, structured and solution-oriented mode of operation Very good German knowledge, at least at level C1
