You are responsible for the marketing onboarding process of new employees, including the coordination of employee photos, profiles and string cards. By providing and updating key information and templates, you actively contribute to a good brand appearance. You support us in the planning and implementation of internal events as well as in the search, appointment coordination and material delivery for external events. You coordinate our advertising material including quantity and stock planning as well as corresponding shipping actions. You support online and print marketing, e.g. by maintaining the homepage and supporting print campaigns. You act as an interface to our colleagues, offices and service providers and actively participate in internal development processes and projects.

A commercial training, (first) professional experience in the marketing or assistance environment is a plus. Organizational and communication talent as well as team spirit. Changing requirements do not scare you, but make you enjoy. The right attitude: You like to think beyond the edge of the plate, understand marketing as an internal service, bring your own initiative as well as a very structured way of working and are open to new things. A good sense of speech and secure mastery of German spelling and grammar Routinized handling of all common MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
