As a SiGeKo / Safety and Health Coordinator (w/m/d), you are responsible for building projects in the planning and execution phase. The focus is on the coordination of safety-relevant measures, the creation and maintenance of SiGe plans, the implementation of construction site visits and the consultation of contractors, planning participants and exporting companies. We need your support for that!

SiGeKo Grübner GmbH specialises in safety and health coordination at construction sites. Since its founding in 2000, the company has helped builders and project managers to meet their responsibility for safety and health at construction sites in a professional, structured and practical manner. SiGeKo Grübner is accommodating construction projects from the first inventory of the hazard assessment to the preparation and maintenance of the SiGe plan.

Construction site support & SiGe coordination Own-sponsored support of construction projects in the field of safety and health coordination.

regular construction site visits including structured documentation.

Monitoring compliance with labour law requirements and agreed protection measures.

Advice on safety facilities, organisational requirements and appropriate prevention measures.

SiGe plans, documentation & action control Creation, maintenance and control of SiGe plans, construction site regulations and project-specific documents.

Determination of safety-relevant hazards and derivation of appropriate protective measures.

Follow-up of identified defects, open points and agreed measures.

Ensuring complete and quality project documentation across all relevant project phases.

Project management and cooperation Coordination with contracting entities, planning parties, exporting companies and other project partners.

Responsible coordination of the supervised projects including scheduling and prioritization.

Binding communication with customers and project participants on current work protection topics.

Introducing our own ideas to further develop our consulting quality, standards and internal processes.

That's what you bring: completed studies of architecture, civil engineering or a comparable technical field; Alternatively, a technical qualification as a state-tested technician, polisher or master on at least DQR level 6.

Multiannual professional experience in construction and construction sites as well as technical knowledge according to RAB 30.

Very good German knowledge, communication strength and safe occurrence to customers and project participants.

Self-employed, structured and customer-oriented mode of operation and willingness to regional external services.

This helps you to succeed faster: A completed qualification as a safety and health coordinator according to the construction site regulation and RAB 30 would be advantageous.

Practical experience in SiGe coordination or in a comparable function in occupational and health protection is desirable.

Knowledge of the creation and maintenance of SiGe plans, construction site regulations and work protection-related documentation would be a plus.

Secure handling of Microsoft Office as well as digital applications for project management and documentation completes your profile.
