Planning, organisation and implementation of master, training and over-company training in the field of electrical engineering with a focus on automation, energy and building technology Professional and disciplinary leadership as well as further development of the training team including ensuring modern educational and methodological standards Further development of practical teaching and training concepts as well as participation in the development of digital learning and courses Responsibility for resource, material and engineering planning including coordination of maintenance and maintenance measures taking into account relevant funding requirements Care and development of cooperations with craft businesses, as well as the acquisition and support of external lecturers and specialist experts

Successfully completed further training on the electrical engineering master or a comparable technical qualification with well-founded expertise in the field of modern electrical engineering Multiannual professional and leadership experience, with knowledge in employee management, team management and personnel development Educational skills and preferably experience in continuing vocational training and in the use of digital teaching and learning media Embossed communication and organizational ability combined with a sovereign appearance, high service orientation and joy in the practical knowledge transfer Safe handling of common office and presentation applications as well as possession of a valid class B driving licence You are owned by a valid passenger car license and have very good application knowledge in MS Office
