The SOS Children's Village Bremen is an institution of the SOS Children's Village e.V. with a wide range of offers between education and open work, day care and projects in the field of parental and family work and in cooperation with schools. In the SOS Children's Village Bremen we are looking for 01.08.2026 Senior Consultant (m/w/d) in full time or part-time (min. 30 - max. 38.5 hours/Where.) The Geschwisterhaus Bremen has set itself the task of caring for siblings together during an inobick-taking in order to preserve their family identity in this acute emergency situation. Our multi-professional team from 24 colleagues supports up to ten children and young people, mostly between 2 and 12 years of age, with the aim of providing them with a safe and fear-free protection space until You decide on their individual perspective. The focus of your work is on the basic pedagogical work with the children You support and accompany the children, who are partially seriously traumatized and burdened, in our Inobservation Group for siblings Make sure you have a stable frame and a fear-free room where children can feel comfortable and safe As a trust and contact person, you give the children comfort, encouragement and security, give them a hold and, if necessary, also offer a shoulder to cry out ('s stopping and holding') In addition, you structure the daily routine of the young people in our group of residences, where our neutrality is at the forefront - there is no educational order You organize and plan leisure activities such as excursions You have the opportunity to make the educational content in the service independent of your own responsibility You are regularly exchanged with their team, specialist service and department management In addition to the basic pedagogical work, you can also support tasks with care
