Supporting our internal educational institution support of the systems used (e.g. Moodle) Analysis of requirements and implementation of tailor-made IT solutions Administration of IT infrastructure Technical support, maintenance and further development of networks and system landscapes Working in IT projects incl. Documentation of infrastructure and processes User support in the hardware and software environment

Complete training in computer science or comparable qualifications Knowledge of hardware and software Embossed service and customer orientation Experience in the analysis of requirements and implementation in IT solutions Good knowledge of network technology (e.g. TCP / IP, switching, routing, WLAN)
