In the AWO Psychiatry Center in Halle we provide people with mental illnesses in stationary areas, the daily clinic and the institute collective clinic. We are looking for nursing staff (m/w/d) in the stationary area in full or part-time and are working on new colleagues from the old care system. Care and support of people with mental illnesses Relationship design and milieu work in the psychiatric setting Participation in therapeutic and diagnostic measures in the multi-professional team Implementation and documentation of the planned nursing measures Supporting patients in crisis and border situations Preparation, implementation and evaluation of nursing individual talks Cooperation with colleagues from care, medicine and therapy Workers' welfare rejects any form of extremism and xenophobia and actively promotes an inclusive, respectful and diverse working environment.
