Process and Digitalization Manager (w/m/d) Darmstadt | Unlimited | Full time | Hybrid

You develop and coordinate the strategy for optimizing, digitizing and automating e-network processes and that from a holistic end-to-end perspective. You analyze the digital maturity of e-network processes, conduct optimization potentials and develop a concrete implementation roadmap. As a driver (w/m/d) and a pulse generator (w/m/d), you motivate and support the specialist areas in optimizing and digitizing the core processes of the e-network. You build a process controlling and define suitable KPIs. Finally, you develop standards for process design and enable process owners (w/m/d) to successfully apply them.

Multiannual experience in strategic process management and methods (e.g. BPMN, Lean, Six Sigma, RPA) and their application in practice High interface competence, negotiation competence, conflictability and enforcement capability Strategic and systemic thinking and action, organizational strength and good networking in the company and with external Good handling of complexity and a good level of connected thinking
