The TUM School of Computation, Information and Technology (CIT) is an important part of the Technical University of Munich – one of the leading European universities with around 52,000 students and more than 12,600 employees. For the School Office of the CIT at the Garching site in Munich, we are looking for one or more or more of the teams at the next possible time in full or part-time (at least 30 hours) Praktikant (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d) in Service Finance (CIT2026-16) Our mission: “competent, committed and customer-friendly” Their new workplace offers a varied and interesting activity in a scientific, international and dynamic environment. We manage all research funds of our national, European and international donors. These include both leading industrial companies and institutional donors such as state and federal ministries, the German Research Foundation (DFG) and foundations. In addition, the European Union provides funds to a considerable extent for top research at our school. As one of the pillars of the School Office, we form the interface to the central administration of the TUM.

Support of employees: inside and professor: inside predominantly the Department of Mathematics in the field of household and finance Supporting the management of the CIT and the processes related to the further development of the financial management of the School Conting, booking and managing household and third-party funds Financial controlling and creating reports (e.g. fund management, accounting, budget requirements, budget monitoring)
