In your role, you are responsible for the takeover of the supply management and the creation of offers in cooperation with the supply team (in particular auditing contract documents, risk assessments, etc.) in the field of environmental and geo services. This includes the participation in the creation of the offer calculation and coordination of compliance with regional costing standards and quality testing of offers. In consultation with the project leaders, you prepare fonts, target-act comparisons and all documents related to supplements The preparation and follow-up, as well as participation in quotation and follow-up negotiations and conduct of the negotiation in consultation with the project leaders will also be your responsibility You carry out the follow-up tracking on the part of contractors and the documentation/monitoring in Salesforce. In addition, you carry out promotional activities on the respective offer platforms of our customers: Creating and performing as well as maintaining offer reporting is also your responsibility

Your profile:

A successfully completed technical/university study in the field of economic engineer:in, civil engineer:in, geologist:geologist or comparable is the basis of your career First knowledge in offering and contract management, contract law, building law and HOAI as well as experience in costing, pricing and claim management are desirable Ideally, you will bring knowledge of railway infrastructure You are familiar with the HOAI as well as in the field of contract and contract law Your work is independent, structured and efficient.
