Teamlead HR Operations & Labour Relations (m/f/d)

For our location in Hamburg we are looking for a team leader HR Operations & Labour Relations (m/w/d). As Teamlead HR Operations & Labour Relations (m/w/d), you will be responsible for the HR Operations & Labour Relations and a team of currently seven employees. You act as a central contact person for labour and residency issues, ensure smooth HR processes and actively promote their further development. In doing so, you combine technical and labour-law expertise, leadership responsibility and operational cooperation in the daily business.

This results in particular in the following areas of responsibility and responsibility: Professional and disciplinary leadership and further development of a team of currently seven employees Ensuring smooth operating HR day business along the entire Employee Lifecycle Self-assessment and processing of complex labour law issues with high legal certainty and a pronounced practical experience, Responsibility for termination processes, including legal preparation and accompaniment of hearings and coordination of labour court proceedings Advising the team on parental protection, parental leave, employment bans and deadlines Responsibility for residency issues, in particular ensuring compliance with deadlines and legal requirements, support in requesting and extending residence permits Advice and austerity of executives in labour law and operational HR positions Analysis, standardisation and further development of HR processes, such as contract and documentation standards and administrative procedures Initiation and implementation of HR projects to increase efficiency and quality assurance Cooperation with internal interfaces and external partners (e.g. Chambers of Crafts, Authorities)

Subject Multiannual relevant professional experience in HR, ideally as Senior HR Business Partner, HR Manager or in a team management function Deep, practical and multiannual experience in German labour law Very good knowledge of the right to stay and experience in operational implementation First experience in the leadership of employees and in the further development of teams Embossed hand-on mentality and willingness to participate in the daily business Experience in the design and optimization of HR processes Structured, solution-oriented operation and high decision-making capability What distinguishes you: You bring the technical depth in order to also control demanding labour law issues legally and in practice You act as a competent Sparring partner for executives You are strong in operational implementation when it comes to projects or new requirements You have the pleasure of developing structures actively and taking responsibility
