Responsibility of our services in Mainz/Sörgenloch, Saarland, Stuttgart and Baden-Baden Professional and disciplinary leadership of a team of approximately 80 employees and coaching function Interface function between customers and employees and link function between sales and service Promoting customer-oriented service culture Escalation management in critical customer questions or problems Monitoring and optimization of service quality and processes using KPIs Identification and implementation of improvement measures to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of our business processes Responsibility for the location infrastructure (such as land, buildings, facilities, furniture, inventory), as well as close cooperation with the real estate department of the corporate headquarters Report line to the Management Service & Academy Dr. Graessner

Successfully completed training in IT or a comparable qualification At least 2 years of experience in managing service teams and 5 years of professional experience in IT support, customer service or IT project management Experience in customer service, ideally in a technical environment (soft and/or hardware) High service orientation, joy in dealing with people and pronounced communication strength Self-conscious appearance, pragmatic working and entrepreneurial thinking Very good German and MS Office skills Flexibility and increased readiness to travel (approx. 50 %), fun in the field and driving licence class B
