Specialist for flat roofs and fall protection (m/f/d)

You advise our customers individually on site, in the office and at the construction site to our solutions for railing systems, light fuses, roof, earthly and facade window seals, wind load calculations as well as for the documentation of rope systems. You create demand-oriented planning and accompany projects from the first collection to the successful implementation. To do this, you will carry out construction site visits, take up projects and are competent to assist our customers in demanding large projects. Through your technical advice and your solution-oriented operation, you develop suitable concepts for the respective requirements in the flat roof area together with our customers. You serve our existing customer base and are actively attracting new customers from the rooftop, spengler, plumber, metal construction, carpenter and window-mounting and from the solar sector. In sales talks at the management and purchasing level, you can convince by your expertise, negotiation skills and your sense of the individual needs of your interlocutors. You carry out product presentations and trainings for our external service colleagues and thus sustainably strengthen the product and consulting competence in sales. With state-of-the-art IT equipment, our apps and sales systems, as well as digital and real-time product and customer data, you create the basis for the best possible customer advice and successful active sales. You participate in trade fairs, trainings and industry events, maintain existing networks and build new contacts within your hosting area.

You have completed craft training, preferably as roof tops, and already have first experience in sales. Your strong technical understanding allows you to quickly capture complex requirements in the flat roof area and develop customer-oriented solutions. You work independently, independently and structured and keep track of several parallel projects. Your strong communication skills, your negotiation skills and your presentation strength help you to convince customers and internal contacts alike. You have strong social skills and are happy to work in a team-oriented environment. Safe handling of the common Microsoft Office applications is obvious to you.
