Overall Responsibility for the Region: You lead Branch Manager:inside and support them to drive growth, profitability and employee development sustainably Sales strategy & Performance: You tax the sales success of the region, define targets, analyze KPIs and implement targeted measures for market and sales development Leadership & talent development: You continue to develop successful executives and create the conditions for talent to take responsibility and grow beyond yourself Operational Excellence Management: For efficient processes, set standards and use tools and systems to successfully implement your strategies Clear text & effect: You communicate precisely - whether in dialogue with customers, teams or management - and also brings complex facts to the point Innovation & Standards: You establish best practices and at the same time promote innovative approaches to the further development of processes and business models

Academic background: You have completed studies in the field of business or technology Industry experience: You bring multi-year leadership experience in engineering or IT services Sales expert: You are a sales professional with strategic thinking and implementation competence Drive & presence: You are regularly traveling in the region and bringing readiness Leadership grades: You lead with clarity, empathy and inspiration - and keep developing your team Communication strength: You convince with clear, binding communication and professional presentations Analytical thinking: Business figures are for you a control instrument, no self-interest
